Its simple .. The "trick" is practice. It is changing the way you have learned to think. Basically, when you feel stressed stop and ask yourself where your mind is. If it isn't in the present moment, then bring it back to the present moment, asking yourself "what do I have to worry about right here and now in this minute (second)?"
